Rahman Capital Holdings Limited has become the majority shareholder in SME Software Solutions Limited, an Irish software company based in Co. Cavan.
The shareholders' agreement sets out a clear governance framework, including reserved matters, reporting obligations and protections for all shareholders. RCHL will support the company's product development, recruitment and go-to-market plans.
